#2744 RE: CashCowMoo #2743

Oxy/permian is still plenty strong I expected they would take over the plant but the bottom fell out of the NG market and most of the co2 recover was coming from those wells so they may not have wanted full ownership- I just never heard what happened with it - my company was set up to do a lot of paving of the roads in and around the plant but they pulled the plug in 2011.
The best option for SD is to file BK and try to reorganize and shed a lot of the debt, it's not like they have not already beat the hell out of the shareholders. Over the years imo there was a lot of shorting and manipulation of SD when it was above 6 bucks but that is not the problem with SD today.Tom Ward set them up for failure no doubt but the hedge fund clowns that started the law suits now are being sued themselves - what goes around comes around.Even if oil was 100bbl SD was burning the candle at both ends and due to fact the Miss play was not what it was touted to be it set the final stage for their demise financially - low oil is just speeding up the process.Selling the Permian basin assets was one of the worst decisions followed by issuing shares for dividends - just flat out piss poor management - the hedge fundies are just stalling, buying time for the inevitable. A sad story indeed with only one winner - Tom Ward with his golden parachute - he laughed all the way out the door I would think - what a blessing, he must have thought. These idiots are paying me well, taking on the Edmund Fitzgerald(or Titanic if you prefer) and relieving me of all responsibility for the mess I have made - a dream come true for Tommy.Fund boys deserve what they get, it's the shareholders that took it on the nose and now the preferred holders are stuck with nothing also -spank spank spank.

File the papers -sooner the better -but oh wait fund boys say lets take on more debt, wrap it up pretty and make everyone think it will be ok in 2029 lmao stick a fork in this pig it is well done.
