Someone should explain to Marcus the difference between long term cap gains tax rates and tax rates on the salary he is hogging. The difference would more than make up for the gap he perceives regarding private gain (from salary) versus gain to the public company (which he'd have to split 2/3 vs 1/3 with us).
Anyway, each year that passes is a chance for Frasier to mature into his role as CEO. Perhaps there are parts of that job that aren't quite so overwhelming now that he's done them awhile? Perhaps he is getting better at navigating the SEC? Perhaps he is just plain growing up as he leaves his 20s and gets into his 30s?
Certainly not the 6-month play I was hoping for. I erred badly. But I'm not selling down here at 2c. Not when this is such a valuable property.
