They've disclosed publicly that they are. In the July PR they gave exact numbers. It's now been over a month since then with a lot more shares traded. I would be willing to bet that they could have done more paying down since then.

Next PR will come by next Thurs. Very possibly tomorrow. Not saying it would be the payoff PR - that one should come before 10/1. 50% has been paid off as of a month ago - so being paid down aggressively. This payback was only arranged last August with payments not starting till December. 50% paid in those 8 months with payoff beginning at .0016 a share. We now sit at .0076 a share and roughly 30% of the loan left.
