This has nothing to do with Sucanon being non-effective. Again, where did your words come from? Not from the FDA.

Jayyy, when the application was submitted to the FDA the expectation was for Sucanon to be accepted as a herbal medication, even though the company always believed Sucanon was a true drug. The FDA response was good a news/bad news thing in my opinion. The bad news being they could not sell in the US as a herbal product. The good news being that they had a drug that is potentially more powerful and more profitable, the hitch being that the process of FDA approval takes time and money. Roth is not obligated to pursue FDA approval, but it is a future step once they have some cash.
