I hate to tell you but with the current share structure and an market cap of 250 million TTNP does not meet the minimum requirement of 4 dollars a share. IT NEEDS TO BE DONE. It will not hurt as bad as people are making it out to. IMO

In other words. more shares will be issued after the split.
