GTRQ delivered the Beta modules (per contract) to Itraq as the first execution of that purchase order, they have shipped product per contract. This is a functioning company that received an order and is current on its contractual deliveries (which as noted included a physical beta unit), it is clearly no longer a shell by definition and its completely outdated/false to continue to refer to it as one.
The final version of the product is not required to cease the shell label.
