Unlike last time I don't expect much discusion before approval. They are on deadline now. Sept 1st a new budget goes into effect. All items from this budget year not signed off on are null and void. Start over time. Goverment hates to start over so it will pas. Maybe some grumbling here and there for political posturing purposes but it will pass. IMO
