Usually positive news means share price goes up, for some reason here price goes down.

What I heard and read, via the filing, was that Sullivan BOUGHT a Shell...

Always thought that was strange since this is suppose to be such a great thing.

But when it is more important to sell stock from the first than to have a product, it is understandable.

And that certainly seems that is what was done considering he bought the SHELL back in 2014 but didn't have a product that was produced until just recently.
