$ONCY..$.53..Good news but the biggest problem with this company is that there is only 2% institutional ownership. No credible firm owns them at this point. It is all retail that is buying and selling. The other thing is they have 118m shares outstanding. That is a lot of shares out there with no institutions holding them.
