Good points but to have it up in the air costing us is not the right answer either. At some point we have to make a call, it could be months to get an answer and it may not be favourable.

IMO, it was best to schedule a next mini on July 29 a day after they found out, then maybe it would have been a Sept redo date.

What is our Plan B. Is it to schedule a next mini after the FAA makes a decision, if so that is a reaction. Not a good business decision.

We should have tentatively scheduled a next mini.

I am not feeling good about it.

Agreed!!! And in short time everyone will see that management did make a good decision to wait this one out and be proactive and issue DC the facts of the last Mini. They did their homework and issue the FAA a legal Document stating the facts before the FAA had a chance to even state their decision. Pretty smart to me! Let's all remember that they never have been told it was a failure. Why would they schedule a new Mini and spend more money on deploying slides and all the fees related to a mini if they were never told it failed! Local passed us and now in review with the next level.
