David Ovalle's Slander Article.

Courts do not care about what people think, courts of law rely on facts to convict people. Barnett/Caceres included.

According to information posted on this I-Hub OOAG forum Barnett came up with the money for a private attorney, if so, he may be able to come up with the money for his slander suit against Ovalle and the paper that published Ovalle's crappy article.

If Barnett does have a juvenile criminal record which by now must be over 30 years ago, it would not be part of discovery in a court of law today.

Ovalle states in his poorly written article that "Barnett 40, has never been convicted of a serious crime". Your post states that "OOAG Pres Adam has about six strikes to date". MY QUESTION IS.....WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH?????

I have dealt with the little turd. He is a sociopath, no doubt in my opinion. It is fortunate for him that he lives in a State that allows unlimited mulligans. No so for his victims.

Barnett seems to be some kind of a "sociopath magnet" also.
