Well, I can tell you that Wallace et. al. and/or the lawsuit had absolutely nothing to do with why I didn't want to buy those 260,000 GOSY shares today. Not even close. And I sure would like to make a $21k+ profit.

How does one know that the racketeering by Wallace has not prevented them from making $21,000 on GOSY?

LOL!! Wallace interfering with GOSY's stock price is why he and his cohorts are being sued! The Spencers are asking for a money judgment in the hopes of ending the harassment. Wonder how much Wallace et al will end up paying for the manipulation of GOSY stock and the many other Counts in the lawsuit? $$$$$$$$$
