like i'd said risk vs. reward - if they ever release news that they've got several million dollars downpayment cash in hand working on one of these supposed contracts we'll see likely around 25 million in volume and stock price of .05-.10 the same day..... this is IF that ever happens, and based on how it's been trading, few million a day..... if they hammer it down to .001 and THEN release this news it would maybe do .02 range. I like the story here, and I like that they've got an investor doing millions of dollars in subscription agreements at .03-.04 per share....
