With Megs McLean being a musician with potential, BH could achieve several things with one stroke.

As I indicated in a post at RLTR, the other BH company could be use to develop a relationship with nightclubs with live entertainment. RLTR would manage the musicians and maintain the website. It would sponsor "Battles of the Bands", leading to end of year "Last Battle" to anoint the winner for that year. Listener will vote for the winner of the battle throughout the year and then the top bands would go to the "Final Battle" on December 31st.

I am sure that there are plenty of bars in the area willing to jump in the bandwagon if only one sets up the website properly.

Now, as BCCI is concerned. It would let go of the kiosk business and take the money to buy a bar. this could be done by making a cash payment to the current owner(s) along with shares of stock and a contract to let them run the place for a year.

At this place, Battles of the Bands would become a weekly event. It should not be hard to get other bars to participate. With the passing of time, BCCI could buy other bars.

Megs could be a regular participant in the battles and she appears to be good enough to win. People will come to listen to their favorite band and vote for it and, at that time, get expose to all of the other groups.

Thus, BCCI runs the nightclubs while RLTR promotes the shows, maintains the website, et cetera. It's a money maker. And the idea could be copied elsewhere.
