Come on Archih... people had choices to sell after the global lock and I can almost guarantee you 99.9% did and did not buy...

I don't know what's going to happen here but I'm certainly not going to blame Jorge. I think he's done all he can with this bloated pig and the only way to get new businesses into PRPM is to have a better share structure this is just my opinion I don't think any new prospects will look at this share structure here and even want to get involved.

This mess was left from Luther Jeffries and Eddie and Jorge shouldn't of even attempted to not do an R/S here...In my opinion.

So Jorge is to blame for FINRA's lack of speedy processing of the paid application for the PRPM dividends? Jorge was not in PRPM "for over a year." He entered in June which was 2 months ago.

Every chimp at the zoo knew that PRPM was getting a r/s long before that global lock from the DTCC expired, not lifted EXPIRED

If so, Jorge lied and screwed-over PRPM shareholders who were stuck in a Global Lock for over a year, and to whom, NUMEROUS PROMISES were made (uh..No R/S + Dividends...oh, make that, 2 sets of Dividends). If some were buying the GLOBAL LOCK lift, and BELIEVING in Jorge's PROMISES (No R/S + Dividends), and a future for PRPM, then how can that be "silly"...let's not pass judgement...
