Great stuff. I looked up this Bob Auer Growth fund. I couldn't find a listing of stocks they hold. If you know where it is on their website would you direct me to it?
I share your frustration for the lack of true growth plays in the microcap market but I have found a really good one that I have mentioned a few times here.
Revenue and profit growth far exceed 25 and 20% and it trades at a p/e much lower than 12.
Revenue growth
387,425 - 514,155 - 629,251 - 693,889 - 731,563 - 835,240 and this year will be about 1.2 million. Next years will be 1.8 million if they add no more new licensees than the 4 that are in the build out stage.
4 year net Profit growth
39,090 - 200,607 - 450,148 and this years net profit should be over 700K. Next years should be about 1.2 mil only including the current 17 licenses and the 4 currently in the build out stage.
Currently trading at a forward p/e of 3.
They have moved from 10 to 17 Licensees this year and will have 21 by the end of the year.
Their goal is 35 licensees by the end of 2016 so my estimates on 2016 revs and profits may be on the very low side sine my figures are only based on 21.
I am absolutely convinced that anyone that spends the kind of time looking into it that I have will love it as much as I do.
