Pilots can use simulators to stay current. Willow run has the required training equipment

Baltia does not have pilot on the payroll This very well could be one of the big concerns as they are trying to do this with temp contract pilots

Pilots can stay current by visiting a sim every 90 days. That is how Baltia pilots are staying current. Baltia pilots are Baltia employees, we have had this conversation a dozen times.
