All I know at this point other than what I have already told you is that there are a lot of deals in the hands of the lawyers reviewing paperwork. Once that is complete we will start seeing numbers to go with the finalizations. As far as financing and how the structure was setup I have no idea. That is something I am sure he can not discuss openly until its disclosed in a PR.
