That's a nice fantasy. Understandable actually. And I also think you're implying the compounding effect of building some stock price momentum.
Unfortunately the reality is the stock can't gain any traction to build any momentum. Why? TOO MUCH DILUTION!
The market's opinion rules, and the market votes every day. The market has been saying for years - too much dilution to buy this stock.

Want the solution? End the dilution.
Proposal # 3 will insure more years of the major dilution hanging over the head of this stock. You think the market will buy into that?
Proposal # 3 will allow PPHM to continue the same failed attitude.
