I think most people following PBLS figured when they saw the news alert this morning that it was in regards to closing the united soils deal.

The buyback announcement may actually be part of that deal. United may have said we'll go along with the deal with stock and cash but we need to see value of the stock stabilize. PBLS is basically saying short term our stock is worth at least .03 .


Ofcourse there are a couple less positive possible reasons for the pr too.
