the company to be had. It is a simple fact that the
company is treading a lot of water. It remains to be
seen, if the company can keep itself a float. Creditors
don't just hand over a wad of cash without checking the
financials. Scott had to prove that his business model
would result in an increase of revenue. Creditors and
shareholders share common ground which is one of risk
in the penny stock world. JIMHO
