upon issuance a large chunk by an investment group are being retired right back.

That does nothing to lower the share count. That just says it won't be increased for THAT PARTICULAR EVENT.

Please reference the correct number of shares that will be used to give to PRPM if you say it has been published somewhere. I just took the number of diluted shares of PRPM and divided by 20 as was stated would happen. If there is a different number, I would like to see it.
