Yep, CNBC is still in denial. When the media sentiment is going more negative, that's when you start buying the fear.

Basically, going to mostly or all cash means you sold high. Now it's time to buy the fear and start buying as the prices are getting cheap cheap cheap!

It probably won't be a V bottom, in other words an immediate bounce back up, it might take a while to come back with sideways consolidation and/or a slow upward return.

IMO I think this is just a correction we are seeing not a bear market. Time will tell though.
