According to the agreement, Ferhill will be fully audited from day 1. Fernhill will be on track to be a fully reporting public company within 12 months of initiating operations. V Group, Inc. shareholders will be receiving shares of Fernhill once the company becomes public equal to the appropriate percentages. The exact amounts will be announced as the dates become closer. Both Companies expect to have working samples within 60 days and be ready for production shortly after.
