Thank you realist. Yes I'm a DBA/ software engineer / Unix engineer and my boss calls me a power puff girl :-)

When I first read the proxy I couldn't get past item three, I think my exact thoughts were oh H-E-double-hockey-sticks no! And the next thought was no to all five because I was angry. Then I regrouped and thought, you can't cut off your nose to smite your face, or however that saying goes. So, I went back to just no for 3 and possibly 4 & 5

But then when I read the default no to item 3, I was suspicious. So I did a comparison of the verbiage and caught the unanimously verbiage difference.

I think it would be interesting to know if the previous proxies had details on salary compensation for change of control like this one did.

Anyway, long weekend, it's late, I'm probably rambling, best of luck. I will be covertly lurking here while at work tomorrow :-)
