I always find it very odd that some shareholders only want the smoke blowing blue-sky nonsense posted - they never want anything factual posted that exposes the company.

I have posted facts about ZMRK - I haven't stated it is a scam or share selling scheme yet - but Zale has some serious issues he needs to be more transparent about.

The first problem is that ZMRK has been a public company since 2009 and has yet to file any audited financials - this isn't the action of a real company.

I have read the court documents from the Jewelry Television lawsuit and it doesn't paint ZMRK or in particular in a good light - it is apparent there has been fraudulent activity and Zale has blood on his hands.

I question whether ZMRK can continue as a ongoing concern with the settlement - and they only have 150 days to comply. They could be forced into involuntary bankruptcy.
