You forgot to add two things. First, that de liege and Koch, as the company's sole compensation committee, paid each other a $200,000.00 salary for 2014. Secondly, de liege bought a $560,000.00 house in Wellington, Fl in Aug 2014. Damn those public records! Isn't anything private anymore?

wiseone01, insightful insighting.

But with regard to these comments about Mr. Strum:

<<can gift 200,000 shares to a family member as Mr. Sturm has done,>>

I'm not sure if he did that because I did not scrutinize his Form 4's.

However on the other hand, I do know that Mr. Koch did this below (sold
500,000 shares) to pay off a $250,000 debt. I wonder if that debt was part of a film company court judgment against him that chased him
from California to Florida?

<<Transferred to a third party in consideration of satisfaction of a $250,000 debt obligation.>>

But getting back to Mr. Sturm, I do know that he went to South
Africa with Mr. de Liege to sign the fairy tale Naldogen agreement.
So lucky Mr. Sturm got to go to his home country on the company's
payments and it came out of the sucker shareholder's pockets!
