Stock has been split for over 4 weeks. If it was going to selloff based on the split, it would have done it during the first week.
This selloff was based on 1) earnings- a lot of one-time charges and stock compensation that made income look worse than it was. 2) overall market selloff- I'm sure index funds who were forced to buy in when this uplisted had to sell when the market went down.
