The part of the document that you should be worried about is that they doubled the A/S. So whereas before there were only up to 2.5 Billion shares possible on the market, now they can dilute it up to 5 Billion. It does not mean that they will, but I have never seen an A/S increase where that did not happen since I've been trading the pinksheets.
