We will know in two weeks, I look forward to reading the status report due sept 2nd which will include all depositions done since July 15th plus additional doc discovery, that will give us full picture :) Sweeney status conf on sept 4th can change the landscape. Things can get damn serious from now on......no more "making things up as you go"
