Chris...IMO, this was a mistake and should get no response. Why not wait until you have all of the cards in October to declare your intention? A request for more transparency of "the plan" would have been more constructive and better received. Another ten BOD members without data and results would not make a difference. I think common sense tells us that that is the case.
The KOL's, MSK, Sunrise results, and data not yet known to investors will determine the future for Peregrine. One more Board member should not be a key frustration point. Transparency is, and maybe there is a good reason for keeping things close to the vest. All IMHO
