Please this is basically the same recycled rubbish excuses and support that was said the last time this company used a reverse split, increased shares, hired Worsley etc.. This mgmt team has done nothing but lie to shareholders with their timelines, abused salary bonuses, raises and options and unbelievably unapologetic while they are doing so. Enough is enough. 20 months in and mgmt is selling ATM shares near 52 week lows and yet they secretly have a deal in place. Talk about a lawsuit. Yeah thats the ticket. ALL IMO.

PPHM THE COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN LOOKING TO ADD QUALIFIED BOARD MEMBERS SINCE 2010 YET CAN'T FIND A MATCH WITH THE CURRENT CREDENTIALS OF OUR BOD AND THEIR PENNY STOCK PEDIGREE. 75% OF THE BOARD HAS/HAD TIES TO PATRIOTIC SCIENTIFIC WHICH NOW TRADES AT 3.8 PENNIES YET THE COMPANY CLAIMS TO HAVE AN INDEPENDENT BOD.

PPHM THE COMPANY WHOSE CEO IN MARCH 2014 TALKED ABOUT A PARTNERSHIP COMING TO FRUITION IN UPCOMING YEAR. IT IS NOW August 22 2015, 234 days past the year 2014 AND SHARE PRICE near 52 WEEK LOW. CREDIBILITY IS AN ISUUE. ALL IMO.

Yes voting is final and unless we get something that explains the need for the shares my vote will be NO. And I don't mean for future partnerships. If tha is the case then make the future deal contingent on add"l shares being approved.
