In the conspiracy part of my brain, I imagine additional discovery may uncover links to high level U.S. political persons and organizations, other domestic high tech companies and even our national security infrastructure (I have quite an imagination). ZTE (and the other parties) will definitely want to settle before more damaging information and relationships are revealed. Again, AIMI (all in my imagination).
