PPHM needs those shares. So I think YES is the only smart vote. However, everybody isn't assumed to be smart. Some people, and PPHM investors in particular, like to shoot themselves in the foot according an ex-PPHM employee.
SO I would be surprised to see some vote NO for all the right reasons while not being able to distinguish the fact that embedded signalling of non-satisfaction to PPHM BoD/Management is probably not the priority when PPHM "the company" needs things for our investment to bode.
