It's a dang shame, after another review of the Q and the fact that Asif didn't disclosure the $10M toxic financing deal via an 8K nut instead buried it in this Q, he lost all creditabilty with me.

I sold all but 1/2 million this morning and will sell the balance unless he comes clean with a shareholder letter or PR.

Very disappointing!
