Steve,

I don't think I need to express my disappointment in this company over the last few months. 8k after 8k, dilution followed by more dilution, it almost seems like management here wants this company to tank. In Bobs previous letter to share holders he stated how one of OSLH's goals for the year is to be more transparent with the shareholders. Where is the transparency in times of crisis like this? What can we as shareholders expect now from this company? It almost feels like a lost cause at this point, but what do we have to look forward to as share holders? I am hoping this upcoming re-brand can light a fire under OSLH and really turn things around, but boy is it hard to see a light right now. As a shareholder, I would love to get a chance to speak with you more about OSLH and what the future of this company holds.
