I've tried to get people to read and understand the diversion of funds that is in the FLPC filings that do exist but many don't want to face the harsh reality that the cash has been siphoned off remorselessly by the BOD.

You've been able to find it and understand how the scam works and that the shares are just a red herring, the only value to the BOD of issuing themselves with loads to control the voting. Ironic when all they then do is vote for things that further feather their own nests.

The whole scam is rotten to the core!!

You are taking numbers out of their context to illustrate a pseudo-conspiracy ... payments to LTV are Don's salary , it's clearly stated in the filings , and the 934'000 payment to G8 is most likely part of the work and paperwork which has been necessary to open and bring back Fencemaker to production status
