Unfortunately they happen all the time. Even with huge companies who have huge auditing companies. It's certainly not idea or a positive but it's not material one way or the other. It's more frustrating than anything else.
I do not need to be a business person to own shares in a public company - all I have to have is a brokerage account and 14 cents.
Who cares what my profile is - I just want management to execute the plan, collect cash & shares of J&J, and move on with pipeline products. It is that simple.
