I'm sorry roni. A lot of speculation and throwing out all this illegal this and that statements. If you are the Ron Fussman you claim to be, your past doesn't paint you as a very truthful voice.
There is only one lawsuit right now. Everything else you say is just words in a chat room. If you put up any document, maybe there would be some validity to your statements ( about what you are owed). But lawsuit talk is nothing and just speculation.
Also.. Emails do not constitute valid legal forms of contracts, voting etc. Even if an email went to the wrong party , it doesn't matter as it would just be taken as a No response especially if there was a date the response was supposed to be received.
Just my observations. Not saying I'm wrong or right but this is a stock bulletin board.
