This is a Brian Altounian (Alliance Acquisitions) backed company. HIs attention is now on WWIO in addition to his tax problems. Not doing so well over there either. Alliance is about done as an incubator. He's very lucky he didn't go to prison over IMGG. His puppet CEO, Dean Janes doesn't look to be as lucky.
