He stated it was given to the Transfer Agent. Fern Hill had some paper work to complete and then it would occur.



V Group's transfer agent has received 30 million shares of Fernhill. The transfer agent will start issuing the shares as soon as Fernhill is trading. When that is, I don't know yet. There is still some minor paperwork issues that the officers of Fernhill have to complete.
