...no lock on technology...ANY can deal with Dell, IBM, APPLE or whomever would be interested in testing and adopting all or part of IP...but there is likely NDA between MSFT and S3D on degree of S3D's involvement with S3D IP...

Just because there is no PR does not mean conversation and deals are not in play...and IMHO...there is no way S3D is going to lock itself up without very, very big dollars...
