IMO LOI will never happen, Danos is saying it will take to 4th quarter if it does even by then, its a scam LOI to make both companies look bEtter. And if he cannot run 13 retirement houses with services and make a profit, does anyone really think he can do it with 35 or so. Hey and these deals cost money, we are not seeing that yet, but those convertable shares he issued for Supurva have a $10.00 min price tag on them, and they are due early next YEAR. No profit making how would we pay for this???? We have not even been able to get Todd V paid off yet. This is a total mess, no chance what so ever anymore that anyone is going to make money here except those holding .0001 for maybe a hype bottom play. ITS OVER IMO
