And if you were to get 55% of the shares... What are you going to do with the company ?

Wow...If you're correct, that makes a total of at least four lawsuits...the one already pending, the two you say are going to be filed, and the one that should be filed by the city of Perry after the loan isn't repaid next month. I don't know if any of the three will ever be filed, but if they are, this doesn't sound good.
