Look at the history of their press releases.

Why hasn't the lawsuit by Jewelry television been addressed in both a press release and in the financials.

ZMRK settled the case - what type of damages did they incur and how will the settlement effect ZMRK as a ongoing concern.

Contacting the company and posting their response is of little value.
