I don't know enough to say since I haven't followed this stock as long. But I do know that pps should be at least .10 a share at the minimum as a base, based on what the company have tweets and actions they take dealing with CDs.

Usually you don't deal with CDs this way unless something major is coming ... major = buyout, partnering etc.

IMO Company should make known CC with Merck and great info to combat any negative momentum at this stage.

Because the 15th was on a Saturday, ARYC's slimy management had till Monday the 17th to file the 10Q !!

So their five day extension means they don't have to file 10Q till Friday the 21st !

They could file today but don't have to do do !

Expect these morons to wait till the very last minute !!
