These guys haven't posted anything useful. Just stuff of the past over and over and over. I continue to bring new content and updates to the table as I find them. Not sure what the agenda is but maybe if they took the time to read what's really going on THEY may also being something helpful to the board. Instead it's continuous negativity. Why don't we all work together instead of trade here for pennies.

Zale has been involved with ZMRK since it's inception - hence the name!

If you think that Zale hasn't been involved in all of the company decisions since 2009 then there is a flaw in the logic.

Lawsuits from 4 years ago are certainly germane to the discussion of ZMRK and Zale - and you do understand that the settlement was this past July not 4 years ago - why in the world would you think it was unimportant - especially since Steven Zale is named in the lawsuit.

If you had read the complaint by Jewelry Television - it questions the character and ethics of Zale and ZMRK.

To do any real DD you have to look at the past financials - it is absurd to think that the past financials aren't important to the discussion of ZMRK.

My logic is not flawed as there is nothing to hide, someone is deleting your posts, it is not me lol I am not a moderator.

Again looking at the past before Mr. Zale came in means nothing now that hes our active CEO NOW regardless of what you and your "investor friends" say.

Go ahead and ask all the questions you want asking isnt a bad thing. This is not cheerleading it is people who believe in the company. You so called anti-cheerleaders really need to step it up because the one thing that you were right about is the huge upside potential of ZMRK.

The posts get deleted because you bring up things like lawsuits from 4 years ago or balance sheets from 2009? Last I checked were almost 2016 and if you have questions dont post them here ask the CEO yourself and post the responses here if you want to be productive.

Asking Zale questions and expecting truthful answers - is not the way to do real DD.
