That has been documented here previously...reid told people he never actually filed the form 10...he had a reason which escapes me at the moment....but one needs only know where to look

That's fine. I own 1.5 million shares. I would want nothing more than this to be successful. I am just telling you what was said to me by him. Like I just previously said he was blaming it on the Canadian government paper work. If he was giving me a run around then so be it but like I also said I am not familiar with Canadian laws and filings. He sounded sincere.
