I agree with you but the market does what the market wants. I'm going to start looking at the short position to see if its rising or not.

It is rather interesting that the stock price has gone down after the announcement of the merger.

So the combined entity will have 30 million shares so at the current price of 2.25 the combined entity is worth 67.5 million.

If it goes to 1.5 valuation of 45 million I'll definitely have to consider doubling down. Especially if it hits 1.5 prior to the TRW trial. The more time that passes the more chance MARA has at negotiating an 8 figure settlement or winning in court. And it only takes ONE victory.
