But the problem is he never said that. He said the requests are over not that the notes are complete. Never even gave a finite number of how much debt is left, exactly how many holders there are, or even exactly how many or when the tranches are.

Another thing that struck a note with me was a couple times saying I'm note sure , or I don't remember in regards to percentages payed for certain things. That's stuff the investors want in an investor video, not him rehashing the previous videos over and over .
